About me
My name is Adrian Thomas, I am a 59 year old personal trainer, based in Balham, South London. My journey into the world of fitness started with Martial arts training in September 1984.
In 1986 I started teaching Martial Arts and fitness to my first ever student, and since then, have taught sports and fitness to many thousands of people.
During this time I also started my own studies on anatomy and physiology, reading every medical book I could get my hands on, so that I could understand exactly how the human body works. This knowledge, combined with the teaching skills which I have developed over the years, allows me to train clients far more effectively than the majority of personal trainers out there.
For the past 12 years, I I have work exclusively as a professional archery coach, and have trained archers from all over the world, which involved teaching them how to develop specific muscle groups for this precise sporting activitiy. I have now decided to concentrate purely on fitness again, as a personal trainer, and look forward to helping many more people achieve a lifetime of health.
I am dedicated and my passionate about health & fitness training and my commitment to my clients has earned me a reputation for excellence in the field of personal training.
